Who to contact
This website is operated by Zero Alpha Athletic Training Lab Limited at 367 Heads Road, Castlecliff, Whanganui 4501. Contact zeroalpha532@outlook.com for privacy questions or to request access to, or correction of, information you have provided.
Your trial enquiry
The trial form uses your name, email, preferred visit and optional message to prepare an email draft on your device. Completing the form does not send these details to the gym or save them in a website database. You choose whether to open your email app and send the draft.
If you send the email, Zero Alpha receives what you send so the team can respond and arrange your visit. Your email provider and the gym’s email provider process that message. Avoid including medical records, payment card details or other sensitive information in this form.
Memberships and waivers
Additional membership information and waiver forms are collected through the StreamFit app. Zero Alpha uses StreamFit for membership administration and bookings. Review the information requested and the waiver in StreamFit before submitting them.
Where information is stored
Zero Alpha stores enquiry correspondence in Outlook and membership information and waivers in StreamFit. The website does not store enquiry submissions in its own database. These service providers also process information under their own privacy terms.
Who can access membership information
Only Zero Alpha’s owners have access to member information through the StreamFit app. They access it only for business-related matters and with members’ knowledge.
Photographs and promotional use
Zero Alpha takes photographs for promotional material and social media posts. Zero Alpha has advised that photo consent is collected through StreamFit. The proposed Digital Agreement & Consent acknowledgement describes separate optional choices for adults and children. Those choices still need to be added to the StreamFit waiver before use. Contact us by email with questions about your photo consent or to discuss a photograph that has been published. Zero Alpha does not use CCTV.
How long information is kept
Enquiry emails received through this website are deleted from Outlook 12 months after receipt. Membership records are retained no longer than necessary for the business purposes for which they may lawfully be used. Zero Alpha is responsible for reviewing and deleting its records. StreamFit also describes its own retention practices in its privacy policy, including retention for legal obligations and resolving disputes.
Cookies and preferences
This version saves your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage. Optional analytics and advertising trackers are not currently enabled. You can change your preference using the footer’s Cookie preferences button, or remove stored preferences through your browser settings.
Links to other services
Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, your email provider and StreamFit have their own privacy notices. Opening those services takes you outside this website. Maps and social feeds are linked rather than automatically embedded.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. The final hosting, retention and access arrangements will be recorded in this notice before public launch.

Before public launch, Zero Alpha is confirming provider processing locations and the complete photo-consent wording, including how it covers children.
