Membership and facility conditions supplied by Zero Alpha.
Free first trial
Your first trial session is free. Contact the team to arrange a session and wait for confirmation before attending. An enquiry is not a reservation or a membership purchase.
Memberships and prices
The memberships page shows the prices supplied by Zero Alpha. Couples and youth Open Gym memberships have conditions. Gymnastics and Burn Lab extras may be charged separately; ask the team or check StreamFit for the details.
No sign-up or cancellation fees
We do not charge joining fees or cancellation fees on any memberships.
Cancellation notice
Give two weeks’ notice directly to Zero Alpha to end your membership. Your membership remains active and billed during this period.
Payments
Payments must be on time. Overdue accounts have class bookings restricted. Third-party transaction fees may apply.
Open Gym
Open Gym is for eligible members only and cannot be used during scheduled class times.
Facility maintenance
The gym is closed on Sundays from 3 pm to 6 pm for a deep clean.
Next-Gen Alpha: ages 15–17
Youth members must be linked to a paying adult member. For Open Gym, that adult must hold an Open Gym membership and be present at all times.
Couples membership
Both members must live in the same household and be registered under the Couples Membership Plan.
Children in the facility
Baby/toddler and older children’s areas are available. Children remain the full responsibility of their parent or guardian. We do not supervise children, and children are not permitted on the workout floor.

Read the membership agreement, liability waiver and privacy notice before completing your digital acknowledgement in StreamFit. Viewing this page does not sign an agreement or record consent.
Membership acknowledgement
“I confirm that the information I provide is accurate, that I have read and understood the membership terms, facility rules and liability waiver presented to me, and that I agree to follow them. I understand the risks of training and the responsibilities associated with any approved unstaffed access. I understand how Zero Alpha uses my information as described in its privacy notice. Nothing in this acknowledgement removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.”
Optional promotional photo consent
“I choose whether Zero Alpha Athletic Training Lab Limited may take and use identifiable photographs of me to promote the gym on its website, Instagram, Facebook and printed promotional material. I understand these images may be viewed publicly and shared by others.”
Choose Yes or No separately from your membership acknowledgement. Photo consent is optional and declining does not prevent membership. No choice must be treated as no consent.
Children and young people
A parent or legal guardian must complete the applicable acknowledgement for a minor. Photo permission must be recorded separately for each named child, with a Yes or No choice from their parent or guardian. The child’s wishes should also be respected. An adult’s own photo consent does not cover their children.
Changing your photo choice
Email zeroalpha532@outlook.com to change or withdraw consent. Zero Alpha will stop future promotional use and arrange removal from channels it controls where practicable. Copies already printed or shared by others may not be recoverable.
The wording above is provided for review. These separate choices still need to be added to the StreamFit waiver before they can be collected there. Existing members must be asked for their choices; this website update does not change their previous consent.
Your rights
Nothing on this website is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
